Design Process ~ As the client, you will receive a sketch/draft of the design by e-mail once we agree on concept, requirements, timeframe, price and payment terms. Any substantial revisions will be at an extra charge. The amount of changes you make will also affect delivery time of the project. Design files sent to you should be proof read carefully and checked for spelling, punctuation, layout and colours. Your approval on final design is permission to finalise artwork and where applicable, to print (paper and envelope stock to be confirmed by you). Errors on your part will be amended at an additional cost.
